  1. Non-Returnable Items Items of proper quality that are not subject to exchange or return under applicable legislation include:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products (e.g., personalized puzzles);

  • Items that have lost their merchantable appearance after use.

  1. Defective Items or Incorrect Orders If you have received a defective item or an incorrect order:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receipt;

  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full return of the product.

  1. Refund Process Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect and verify its condition. Refunds will be issued to your bank account within 7 business days following the return confirmation.

  2. Shipping Costs In the event of an exchange or return of an item of proper quality, the buyer shall cover all shipping costs. If the item was delivered defective or incorrect, we will fully cover the return shipping expenses.
